You can pay by VISA or MasterCard, American Express & Discovery cards. You can pay direct by Venmo or wire transfer.

Space is limited and accommodations will be assigned on a first come first serve basis. We encourage early enrollment in order to confirm your place.

Limitation Of Liability

I acknowledge and agree that Fresh Pressed Workshop acts only as an agent, and assumes no responsibility or liability in connection with the services of any hotel proprietor, or hotel service or for any other person engaged in carrying out the housing arrangements.

Further, Fresh Pressed Workshop accepts no responsibility for loss of tickets, nor for the loss of personal articles and effects, nor for personal accidents, injury or death, nor for losses or additional expense due to delays or damages in transportation or other services, quarantine, sickness, strikes, war, or warlike conditions, weather or any other causes or for any of the above arising due to participant’s participation in the Workshop.

Fresh Pressed Workshop, shall under no circumstances, be liable to any participant for indirect, consequential, incidental, punitive, or special damages, including but not limited to lost profits, even if it has been apprised of the likelihood of such damages occurring.

Participant Refund policy

Between 0-7 days of the Workshop start date, there are no refunds of any portion of the enrollment fee once payment is made. If a participant cancels participation in the Workshop 14 days or more, 50% of the enrollment fee will be issued as a refund.

Fresh Pressed Cancellation Policy

The Fresh Pressed Workshop is a unique program run by artist Amanda McCauley. In case the Workshop has to be cancelled due to an unforeseen circumstances, Fresh Pressed Workshop shall reimburse the participant the enrollment fee. Fresh Pressed Workshop reserves the right to decline to accept or retain participants as members of the group at its sole discretion.

Travel Insurance

If traveling, we strongly recommend that you purchase travel insurance. It is best to purchase it within 24 hours of enrollment for the workshop. With this insurance you can protect yourself against unforeseen circumstances that might prevent your attendance. We suggest a plan which offers coverage for medical and dental emergencies, lost baggage, missed connections, and trip cancellation should you or a family member have a medical problem that prevents you from attending. Fresh Pressed Workshop is not responsible for cancellations due to medical emergencies or reimbursement of airline tickets in the event of a workshop cancellation.

Additional Terms & Conditions

Amanda McCauley reserves the right to change any prices, service or other particulars of a workshop before we enter a contract with you. If there is a change, we will notify you before we enter into such contract.

The type of workshops we offer requires flexibility and you must allow for alternatives. For this reason the outline itinerary and the workshop description must be taken as an indication of what may take place on the workshop, and not as a contractual obligation on the part of Amanda McCauley.

By attending a workshop I hereby give my permission for images taken of myself to be used to promote Fresh Pressed Workshops or to be used for any Media, for any purpose (except pornographic, defamatory, libellous or otherwise unlawful) which may include, among others, advertising, promotion, marketing and packaging for any product or service.
