Black Tie Beach Window Display
This is a retail window I designed for Black Tie Beach Shop in Virginia Beach, VA. It's made from pressed, dried flowers mounted onto plaster balloons and hanging from the ceiling complete with raffia, black ribbon, and a variety of dried dune grasses. The botanical balloons contain orchids, pansies, hydrangea, borage, anemone, tulips, dusty miller leaves, poppies, cosmos, and hellebores.

SPRING 2023 PALETTE PRESSED FLOWER WORKSHOP
Join me on Saturday April 8 from 10 am - 1 pm for a fresh pressed flower workshop. In the class we’ll press flowers and make flower cards and create gorgeous wine bottle labels. All materials are provided and you will receive your own flower pressing kit to keep. All levels are welcome and anyone can join. No art background is necessary - its fun for everyone, and working with all the beautiful petals is a real treat. Come and join us for this unique and fulfilling experience! Hope to see you there !

SPRING 2023 PALETTE ART EXHIBIT
This is a super exciting opportunity coming up for Spring 2023. I’ll be showing a whole new collection of works with Palette in Richmond, VA. Come for opening night on Thursday, April 6 to see the debut of a wide selection of cyanotype works with collaged botanicals. It’s going to be HUGE ! Please come and celebrate the night with us. Lopez Island Studio Tour 2022
At this years’ Lopez Island artist studio tour, I’ll have two, brand new collections of work - cyanotypes in BLUE, and some seaweed flowers designed in water. And per usual, there will be some pressed flower works as well. Come and check it out- all new artworks and prints. You’ll have your own flower kit to keep with all the necessary tools and materials to continue your new found passion. OUR CHILDREN'S EARTH FOUNDATION & FILM FUND is hosting an ARTISAN TRUNK SHOW during Sundance Film Festival 2018 in Park City, Utah. Stop in to see all the beautiful, hand-crafted items sourced from around the world. This show is in celebration of filmmakers and artisans promoting sustainability and social justice through their work.
OUR CHILDREN'S EARTH FOUNDATION advocates on behalf of children, who are most vulnerable to pollution, to enable them to breathe clean air and use clean water. They educate the public about the health problems caused by pollution in their neighborhoods, and empower affected communities to take action to reduce pollution.
They promote public awareness of domestic and international human rights issues and environmental impacts through information dissemination, artistic expression, education projects, and private enforcement of environmental protection statutes.
OUR CHILDREN'S EARTH FILM FUND supports documentary films that further the mission of Our Children's Earth Foundation and tackle issues related to environmental conservation, empowerment and activism, cultural compassion and human rights. They believe in the power of film to educate, create empathy, change perceptions, and inspire action on critical issues facing humanity and our planet. They provide support to film and media projects directly, as well as through funding collaborations that help amplify their work.
